Nexus One is the biggest revolution in the smartphone industry in 2010, but after a few weeks of it been lunched by Google, HTC revealed the HTC Desire and HTC Legend, both came with more features are considered to be improvements from Nexus one. Yesterday Apple filed a patent infringement lawsuit against HTC. Presently HTC is the leading marker of android phones, with the phones like myTouch, Nexus one, Desire, Legend coming from their lab. The main question here is: is Apple trying to stop the growth of android? Android OS is free for all Many smartphone markers find it easily adaptable to their platform that are many good android phones hitting the market every week. Apple need to finds way to stay on top. Maybe suing HTC is the easy way to go.
