Motorola Milestone owners on the TELUS network can now grab an update for Android 2.1, a long hiatus wait for all eager users. Visit the Motorola download center and enter that you have TELUS as a carrier and Milestone as a phone. That should provide a download link for a program that will apply the update via your desktop. And, you would become the proud owner of live wallpapers, multiple screens, and other features packed into Android 2.1.
The downside is that you would loose all third-party media like music, photos and apps stored on your phone
