Often we complain about the poor battery performance of our Android Phones, running a 20 minute video will exhaust it, and necessitates a mid-day charge. And, we begin to wonder if we invested in the right place.
Upon performing excessive research, I came to an eye-opening conclusion-it was not the device that was consuming the power, but Twitdroid that was running in the background, and updating every few minutes.
What’s the solution? Switch the application to manual updates, and enjoy watching 40 minutes video, sharing pictures or chatting with friends and family, for a complete 24 hours without recharging.
And, if you are aware of any other applications that drain the battery let us know.
