The Android Market Gets A New Look

By popular demand,  Google has given the the Android market a new look. But I don’t think most users will be impressed.  The only improvement I saw was that the new site let you browse apps by categories compared to the old site that only has featured apps. It looks more like the Android market that you see on your phone. Google has not done everything extra-ordinary here. The new site still lacks many features that you will find on sites like Androidzoom, Androlib, Appbrain, or Rawapps.

Just read about Android updating the Droid site. Honestly, I never use them for apps as there are better marketplaces out there like RawApps. Even AppBrain is okay (very sloppy tho) in comparison to the actual Android market. Very sad!
