Today on the Android Dev Blog, it was announced that the Nexus One has officially become the new developer phone, replacing the Google Ion.  It is noted that the new dev phone will ship with Android 2.1 pre-loaded but will get an update to Froyo shortly after it is turned on.  The phone is paired up to T-Mobile’s network and can be had for $529.00. Google recent announced plan to stop the selling of the Nexus One.  This first Android superphone will definitely be a great developer tool. Features of the Nexus One include:
