Android cameras just keep getting better. They’ve got excellent movie-making capabilities, killer flashes, and the megapixels on the rise with each new Android device that launches in the market. So here we are with top 4 picture apps that you should not miss to have

PicSay with more than 250,000 downloads gets a 4.5 star rating, simply because this powerful photo editor allows users to crop images, adjust color, add text in word balloons or as titles, and apply special effects. This FREE app, allows users to add sticker-like graphics to their photos. With simple and smooth interface, it is simple to use by just about anyone. The paid version costs $3.83 (€2.99) and helps users remove red-eye and apply more sophisticated effects like cross-processing and color splashes.

FxCamera bags the #2 spot with same credentials. This FREE app allows users to apply a bunch of cool effects to photographs like ToyCam, Polandroid, Fisheye, SymmetriCam and Warhol. This app is equivalent to several popular iPhone camera apps like CameraBag, Picoli and PhotoBox.

Photoshop.com Mobile is a FREE app that comes from Photoshop. It allow users to crop and rotate images, adjust color and apply effects.  On the downside, it lacks some important features like photo filters and is a bit slow.

Vignette is available in the market for $4.49 (£2.99). This app adds film and flash effects to your Android camera’s arsenal. It features 46 effects, 15 frames, a self-timer and zoom and crop features. Effects include Lomo and toy camera filters, Polaroid-style effects, cross-processing and tilt-shift.
