ViewSonic had announced during the CES 2011 to bring its range of tablets to the US markets, and it seems the time is ripe. Today, the company acknowledged the availability of its dual OS tablet PC, the ViewPad 10 for the U.S. market. This giant 10.1-inch tablet is loaded with two of the most popular operating systems – Google Android 1.6. and Windows 7. This makes the ViewPad 10 unique amongst it competitors, scheduled for release in the coming days.

Besides, its dual OS, the ViewPad 10 tablet also emerges out as a unique tablet due to its astounding features. These include – Intel Atom 1.66GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 10.1-inch LED backlit display with 1024×600 resolution and the standard features of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, and a 1.3MP built-in front camera for video chat. The tablet also supports Flash-based content and comes loaded with standard Microsoft business software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
The ViewSonic ViewPad 10 is available with Android 1.6 and Windows 7 Home Premium/Windows 7 Professional for $599 and $699 respectively.
The device offers expandable memory options via a micro SD card slot for up to 32GB of additional space, to ensure the ViewPad 10 grows with every individual need.
