A Sydney court has put the sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on hold until Samsung presents the Australian version of the tablet for review before the courthouse. Apple sued Samsung in April claiming that the Tab 10.1 is a copy of the iPad.
Samsung agreed to provide Apple three samples of the Australian version of the computer tablet at least seven days before it planned to start distributing it so the U.S. company could review it, according to the agreement submitted in court. The hearing is expected to continue of August 29.
