Tablet-styled product that will run Google’s Android operating system is under development at the Motorola labs.
Upon being questioned on Motorola Android Tablet Talk device, Sanjay Jha CEO, Motorola responded
“I think that a companion 7- to 10-inch device in a home will become very important, as an augmentation to your TV experience and also as a way of walking around the house and streaming TV to that device. I think we’re very focused in participating in this convergence that’s coming between mobility and home, and I think you will actually see some products from us in a very short period of time that will run on the Android operating system as well.”
Along with the table talk device, the company is under process of manufacturing other droid applications that include two new high-end Droid phones that will be launched in July under the joint partnership of Motorola-Verizon banner.
